Here are all of the different colors and a brief description of their basic personality.

Normals:
These are the basic colorations of KingdomDragons. They are also the most common.



Blue
Blues are calm, and sometimes philosophic. They make great parents for clutches.
Rarity: Very Common

Green
Greens are sporty and active. They love to play and may bother your other creatures by asking them to play.

Red
Reds are obsessed with hot places and battle. Don't be surprised if they start wrestling with your other creatures!

Yellow
Yellows are paranoid in nature, and will hide whenever they get a chance, making them quite hard to find.
Rarity: A Bit Rare

Jade
Jades are agressive and posessive. They will guard their treasures, including their caretakers, with their life if need be.
Rarity: Quite Rare

Purple*
Purples are theatrical and dramatic, not to mention vain. They love to be in the spotlight, and they are wonderful actresses. They are rarely serious, always finding the joke in things.

Black
Blacks are hermits and enjoy lonliness. They have a strong interest in Magic.

White
Whites are wise and advising in nature. They are the greatest magicians of the KingdomDragons.

Rainbow
Rainbows are shy in nature, but once they get to know a creature they can be a loyal friend.
Rarity: Extremely Rare

Elementals:
There are four 'Elemental' Dragons, one for each element: Earth, Water, Wind and Fire.



Water
A water's heart lies within the ocean - they love to swim. They are very friendly to everybody.
Rarity: Most common of the elementals.
Gender: Male and Female

Earth
Earths are very lazy, but they love to explore nature.
Rarity: Second most common of the elementals.
Gender: Male and Female

Wind
Winds are very playful, especially at a young age. They love flying and music.
Rarity: Second most rare of the elementals.
Gender: Female

Fire
Fires are as agressive, if not more, as the reds, and as posessive as the jades.
Rarity: Rarest of the elementals.
Gender: Usually Male, rarely Female.

Specials:
There are four types of very special, rare Dragons. They don't turn up in clutches often, so they take an extra amount of work to adopt.


Astra Moon
Astra Moons love nothing more than gazing at the moon, sometimes for hours on end. It is said that on full moons they will join together in an erie chorus in the highest mountains. They come out only to watch the moon, then retreat into their cave to hide.
Rarity: Extremely, Extremely Rare
Gender: Almost always Female, very rarely Male.

Astra Star
Astra Stars are just as mysterious as their lunar counterparts. They have one major difference: instead of gazing at the moon, they gaze at stars.

Dawn
Dawns only come out at dawn, returning to their caves before noon. Their special talent is weaving mist out of thin air, and/or making shapes with mist that they created, or mist that has occured naturally.

Dusk
Dusks only come out at dusk, returning to their caves before midnight. LIke their Dawn coutnerparts, they to can weave mist, which helps to conceal both colors in their cave homes.

Metalics:
The Metalics have a shinier hue to their skin, and are named by their basic coloration, and what metal they are most like. There is a definate connection between the line of colors that the metalic comes from and its personality.



Gold
Golds are very playful, but can be refined if the need arises. Skill at social interactions varies - some golds are very outgoing while others are shy. Golds come from a line of yellows.

Silver
Silvers are wise in nature, and make calm and nurturing parents. They come from a line of blues and whites.

Bronze
Bronzes have no set personality; some are more shy while others are more agressive. They come from a line of reds and blacks.

Copper
Coppers love battle and are very agressive, and are also very posessive. They come from a line of reds, or perhaps fires.

Brass
Brasses are shy, but once they get to know a creature they are loyal and protective. Brasses are from a line of mostly yellows.

Abnormals:
There are several abnormalities in the KingdomDragon breeds.

They are Albinos, Darks, Stripes and Spots. The Albinos simply are a lighter color than normal, and an ancestry of mostly whites creates Albino Dragons. Darks are the opposite; darker than the normal color, and created by an ancestry of blacks. The Striped and Spotted Dragons simply have light stripes or dark spots on their forelegs and bottoms. Though unconfirmed, the stripes and spots are said to be created by young parents and/or lots of astras (spots) or elementals (stripes) in the family. The abnormality does not change the personality, but it might give the Dragon special magical powers, and definately gives it more rarity.

The Customs are special coloration requests from adopters. Every single one, unless otherwise noted, were created by Miracle.



Rage*
The Rage KingdomDragon lives up to its name. It is the embodiment of power. It is powerful, and looked up to by many other KingdomDragons. Despite the negative suggestion of the name Rage, the Rage KingdomDragon uses its strength for good. It is not a very good magician, but it is one of the strongest KingdomDragons.

Ash*
The Ash KingdomDragon is a very respectable, no-nonsense breed. It will not put up with being mocked or teased in any manner. It also defends others that are unrighfully teased in any way. Because of this, it makes a great parent.

Zephyr*
Zephyrs are very carefree and love flying, much like winds. They are, however, much more agressive at times. Otherwise, Zephyrs are gentle and playful. Zephyrs are modeled after Amaryllis's parakeet Zephyr.

Albus*
Albuses are very hyper, and sometimes agressive. They are very skittish and excitable, but very caring and gentle (sometimes). They are very sweet and loving towards their family and caretakers. Albuses are modeled after Amaryllis's parakeet Albus.

Iron*
Iron are very hyperactive, and sometimes overwhelming. They have a strong desire of flying and flying FAST! As a result many hatchlings and subadults try too early and you see many adults sporting scars from their young misadventures. In groups they are usually the initiators of races and other such frivolities. Irons were found unlisted in the database and their attiitude based on the first adopted one's owner, George, and his love of racing.

Rhodolite*
Rhodolite is a new breed of Gem Dragon. It is unknown yet if there are any other Gems. They seem to be in love with all sorts of rocks, minerals and gems, but especially those that mimic their coloring. Not very talkative, but when asked or have something important to say they get their point across well. Rhodolites were created for Crystallyne and modeled by her love of gems and the shades of red and purple they possess.

Mardi Gras*
Mardi Gras is a new type of holiday dragon. They are fun loving and live by the mantra "Laissez le bon temps rouler!" Let the good times roll! They enjoy having a good time and like to bring along and and all friends they can. They were created for Halie_Bee (Dreamer's Daughter) as a Mardi Gras gift.
Rarity: EXTREMELY Rare
Gender: Male and Female
Clutch Size: very small;
they only nest prior to the Mardi Gras Season,
so that their offspring's first view of life is the carnival season.
